Hi there! My name is Khariz Kawa and I am currently in my fourth year of university.
Why did I create this blog?
I have always wanted to create a fitness blog, because I love working out and I like creating new things! Another big reason is because when I first started going to the gym, I did no idea what I was doing. I would look up exercises on YouTube, but none of the tutorials showed me how to set the actual exercise up! This blog is my way of showing the little things that most fitness bloggers tend to forget.
